It suits persons who have a changeable mood, who are introspective, melancholic, and changeable in mood, with sighing and sobbing.

It is a great remedy for shocks, grief and mental disappointment.

It is useful in congestive headaches following anger or grief.

It is useful in toothache, which is worse after drinking coffee.

This remedy is useful in hysterical difficulty in swallowing.

It is useful in painful constriction of the anus after stools.
