This remedy is useful in children with diarrhea during dentition.  It is also useful in children who have milk allergy or Lactose Intolerance.  It is useful in infants who regurgitate large volumes of curd like substances after ingestion of milk.  This remedy is also said to be useful in Cholera, but with modern antibiotics, I am sure no Allopathic physician would take the risk of treating cases of cholera with this medication.  It may however be safely tried in children who have weak memory and forget what they have read and also in regurgitating infants, who vomit the milk that they have ingested.  It is also useful in children with summer diarrhea.
