GRAPHITES.

This remedy is derived from amorphous carbon.

It is suitable to stout fair complexioned persons with a tendency for skin affections and constipation.

It suits who are impudent, who are teasing and laugh when they are reprimanded.

It also suits ladies who may be fat, and chilly with a history of delayed menstruation.

It is a useful remedy to eradicate Erysipelas.

It is a useful remedy when the patient has a great tendency to start and music makes them weep. It suits apprehensive, despondent and indecisive persons.

It is useful whenever there is a headache in the early morning with a burning of the vertex with a humid itching eruption on the scalp, which emits a fetid odor.

It is useful when the eyes have eczema of the lids with fissures and the eyelids are red and swollen.

It is useful to eradicate the scabs and fissures behind the ear.

It is useful to eradicate the eczema of the nose with itching and pimples in the nose.

It is useful when the patient has a rotten odor from the mouth with sour eructation.

This remedy suits persons who have an aversion to meat, sweets, and have nausea, flatulence and recurrent gastritis; the stomach pain is only relieved by eating, hot drinks, and milk and by lying down.

It is a useful remedy when there is fullness of the abdomen with chronic diarrhea, where the stools are brownish liquid, undigested and offensive. This remedy is also useful in persons who have flatulence with a very fetid gas preceded by colic.

The remedy suits persons who have constipation with large stools united by mucous threads. It is useful in hemorrhoids, which are smarting with soreness in the anus. It is useful in Fissures in the anus.

It suits persons whose menstrual cycles are too late with constipation. It is also suitable for leucorrhoea, which is pale, thin, profuse, white and excoriating with weakness in the back.

This remedy is also useful for cracked nipples and swollen breasts.

This remedy suits persons who have sexual debility with increased desire, with or without aversion to coitus. The person may also have premature or delayed ejaculation. This is a very useful remedy for Herpes Genitalis.

It is useful for chronic hoarseness of the voice with skin affections. The hoarseness is typical and is marked when the person begins to sing and there is a breaking of the voice.

This remedy is also useful when the nails are brittle and crumbling, deformed and painful. It is also useful for the offensive perspiration of the foot.

This remedy is useful for eczema of the skin, early keloids and fibromas.

It is useful whenever there are eruptions in the skin with oozing out of a sticky exudation. This remedy suits unhealthy skin where every little injury leads to suppuration.

This remedy is suitable to patients who are worse in cold drafts, bathing, physical exertion, hot drinks, light scratching, at night, during and after menstruation.

This remedy also suits persons who are better in the dark, open air, after eating, hot milk and after wrapping up.

It is useful in chronic lumbo-sacral backache, which is worse lying down on the back.

It is useful in cramps in the calves and feet while lying down on the bed.

GLONOINE.

THE HEADACHES ARE WORSE AS THE SUN GOES UP.

This remedy is derived from Nitro-glycerin.

It is a great remedy for headache, blood pressure and congestion in the head and brain areas.

This remedy is useful when there is a pulsating and a surging feeling of blood to the head. It is a great remedy in cerebral hemorrhage with violent palpitation in the heart, which is sometimes visible on the chest, with restlessness and twitching of the muscles.

The remedy is also useful when the patient has a confused feeling and cannot bear the heat of the head and the patient feels compelled to keep the head uncovered.

The remedy is useful when the headache increases when the sun is up and decreases when the sun is down.

It is an excellent remedy for headache at the onset of menopause.

It is useful when the neck feels full with a tendency to open and loosen collars (like Lachesis).

GELSEMIUM.

This remedy is derived from the yellow jasmine plant. It is a polycrest remedy and is used to treat acute diseases.

This remedy has its actions centered round the nervous system causing various degrees of motor paralysis. It suits children, young boys and girls, nervous men and women, who are highly emotional, hysterical, fearful, timid, apprehensive subjects, who lack the vital force.

It is useful when the patient has dizziness, drowsiness, dullness and trembling.

It is useful when there is muscular weakness with lack of muscular co-ordination, dullness with languor, apathy about the ailment.

This remedy is useful in combating the bad effects of fright, fear or exciting news.

It is also useful when vertigo spreads to the back of the head.

It is useful in dull headaches with a bruised sensation.

It is useful in Ptosis of the eyelid (drooping) with diplopia (double vision). This remedy often corrects the blurring and discomfort in the eye even after the patient has accurately adjusted his glasses.

It is also useful in detachment of the retina with glaucoma.

It is useful in acute cold with dull headache and fever.

This remedy is useful when the tonsils are swollen and throat feels rough with burning.

THE KEYNOTE OF THIS DISEASE IS THIRSTLESSNESS.

This remedy is useful in diarrhea after emotional excitement, fright or bad news. The stools are painless and involuntary.

This remedy is useful to correct the partial paralysis of the rectum and the anal sphincter.

This remedy is useful when the urine is profuse and clear, watery with chilliness and tremulousness, there may be a discomfort while passing urine with the partial paralysis of the urinary bladder with intermittent flow with retention.

This remedy is useful in vaginismus, false labor pains, with dysmenorrhoea (pain in the lower abdomen during the menstrual period).

This remedy is useful in males for spermatorrhoea without erections when the seminal discharge is scanty with a tendency for chordee (painful nocturnal erections) and a smarting pain in the meatus.

This remedy is useful in dull backache where the muscles feel relaxed. Every little exertion causes fatigue and there is pain in the back, the hips and the lower extremities.

This remedy is useful in writer’s cramp and cramps in the forearms.

It is useful when there is trembling and weakness in all the limbs.

It is useful when the sleep is difficult, and there is exhaustion from insomnia.

This remedy suit persons who are worse from damp weather, fog, thunderstorms, emotions or excitement, bad news, tobacco smoking.

This remedy also suits persons who are better by bending forward, profuse urination, open air, continued motion and after the intake of stimulants.

I have treated several cases of violent, painful nocturnal erections (chordee) in which relief was rapid and permanent after a short course of GELSEMIUM Q in drop doses, repeated hourly for several times.

This remedy is useful in violent itching in the inner canthus with chronic nasal catarrh with an ulcerated septum. In such cases, the patient also complains of a heavy head with an obstructed nose.

It is useful in bilious diarrhea with an aversion to coffee.

This remedy acts as a diuretic in edema.

It is useful when the scrotum is swollen with an increased sexual desire and erection in the night in sleep.

This remedy suits females who have an ulceration of the uterus and cervix with excoriating leucorrhoea.

FERRUM PHOSPHORICUM.

IT IS A USEFUL REMEDY IN ALL-FEBRILE CONDITIONS.

It is a remedy that is derived form Ferric phosphate.

It is a useful remedy in acute febrile conditions.

This remedy stands midway, in its action between Aconite, Belladonna and Gelsemium.

This remedy is useful when there is prostration with fever, but there is no anxious restlessness, as with Aconite.

This remedy is useful in the acute stage of all febrile disturbances and inflammations before the exudation sets in.

FERRUM PHOS given in the 3x potency increases the Hemoglobin.

It is a useful remedy for throbbing sensations in the head. These headaches are usually better with cold applications.

It is useful to combat the ill effects of the sun-heat.

It is useful in conjunctivitis, where the eyes are red and inflamed with a burning sensation and a blurred vision.

It is useful in the first stages of Acute Otitis Media where the ear- drum is red and bulging.

It is useful to stop nasal bleeding (epistaxis).

It is useful in combating Acute Tonsillitis where the tonsils are red, swollen and also in sore throat of singers.

It is useful in the first stage of Peritonitis.

This remedy is useful in the first stage of all inflammatory conditions.

It is useful in stiff neck with articular rheumatism.

This remedy suits persons who are worse at night, with touch, jar or motion and better with cold applications.
TIPS ON FERRUM PHOSPHORICUM…

FERRUM PHOS can be given in a toddler in the 12x potency, 3 times a day for a week or two to strengthen his little body while it is growing so rapidly.
