The patient is very talkative, desires to strip off his clothes and expose the genitals.

The patient is very suspicious in nature, obscene, lascivious, jealous and foolish. The patient exhibits great hilarity and is inclined to laugh at everything.

The pupils are dilated and eyes are sparkling, fixed, with spasmodic closing of the eyelids.

The patient complains of nausea with vertigo, with violent cramps in the abdomen, relieved by vomiting.

There is diarrhea, colic in the abdomen, which is aggravated by mental exertion. The patient may also involuntarily defecate.

In males, this remedy is useful when males are impotent, lascivious and exposes his genitals and plays with them.

In females, this remedy is useful in vaginismus, which may be hysterical. The females may experience increased sexual desire and this remedy is useful in puerperal mania.

The remedy is useful, when the patient picks at the bedclothes, it is also useful in epileptic attacks that come in deep sleep. This remedy is also useful in cramps of the calves and the toes.

This remedy is useful in sleepless patients with excitability, hysteria, and changeable moods. This remedy is also useful in Hydrophobia.

It is useful for old easily tired persons with great debility, weak muscles, poor digestion and obstinate constipation.

It is a useful remedy in cancer of the stomach and it seems to retard the progress of the cancer, before it ulcerates.

It is useful in small pox, both internally as well as in application of skin.

This remedy has a marked action on the liver or gall bladder.

All discharges are yellow, thick and creamy. These can be from any area, be it the throat, chest, stomach or uterus. They are excoriating and raw in nature.

This remedy is useful in catarrhal conditions of the nose, throat, bronchi, lungs, Gastro-intestinal tract and vagina, where the discharges are tenacious, thick and ropy yellow.

This remedy is useful in dragging pain in the right groin cutting into the right testicle.

This remedy is useful in bronchitis in old exhausted people with tenacious sputum.

This remedy suits persons who are over-sensitive and slightest irritation causes pain and the patients are peevish and angry at the least trifle. It is also useful in hypochondriac patients, who are unreasonably anxious. It also suits impulsive persons, who have the maniacal tendency to set places or things on fire. The remedy suits persons, who are very hasty in speech. The person may be depressed or ferocious. In the angry frame of mind the person may cause a great deal of irritation.

This remedy suits scrofulous constitutions, inclined to have eruptions and glandular swellings. It suits persons with a tendency for suppuration, every little scratch suppurates and the skin is unhealthy.

TIPS ON HEPAR SULFURICUM…

Take a dozen cases of Quinsy. All seem to have much the same symptoms locally: “extreme pain on swallowing, one sided swelling and inflammation about the tonsil, pain often extending to the ear”; the mental symptoms here may differ, but without further analysis, a great majority of them will recover promptly following a dose of HEPAR SULFURICUM 2c in water, 3 doses a two hourly intervals; BARYTA CARB or some other remedy may occasionally be needed.
