CROTALUS HORRIDUS.

IT IS A REMEDY TO BE REMEMBERED IN HEMORRHAGE.

It is a remedy derived from the poison of a Rattlesnake.

It is a useful remedy for absorption of intra-ocular hemorrhage. It is particularly for retinal bleeding.

It is useful in low septic states and general disorganization of the blood.

It is useful in states similar to Disseminated Intra-vascular Clotting (DIC).

It is useful in curing carbuncles, malignant scarlatina, plague and cholera.

It is useful in vertigo, weakness and trembling.

It is useful in spasm of the esophagus, and cancer of the throat.

It is useful in terrible vomiting and nausea where the patient cannot bear anything in the stomach.

It is a great remedy for Coffee ground hemorrhage from the stomach in cases of Gastritis.

This remedy is useful when the stools are thin offensive and black.

It is also useful when there is hemorrhage from the intestines and dark blood oozes from the rectum.
It is also useful in uterine hemorrhage with pain radiating from the thighs.

This remedy is also useful when the urine is dark and bloody.

It is useful in boils, carbuncles with dark skin and in septic states.

CRATAEGUS OXYACANTHA.

THIS REMEDY IS A HEART TONIC.
This remedy is derived from the Hawthorn plant.

This remedy is useful in giddiness, lowered pulse and whenever there is air hunger.

This remedy is also useful in persons who gasp for breath, have difficulty in breathing and a rapid pulse with Cardiac failure.

It acts on the muscle of the heart and it is a heart tonic.

It is useful whenever the heart rate is irregular.

It is useful in raised arterial blood pressure.

It is useful in chronic heart disease with low cardiac output and edema.

It is useful when the patient has cold extremities, pallor and irregular pulse.

It is said to have the power to dissolve the athero-sclerotic plaques or fat deposits within the Coronary arteries.

It is useful in Angina pectoris.

COPAIVA.

This remedy acts on the mucous membranes of the urinary tract.

It is useful when there is burning pressure, painful urination, with retention of urine with pain in the bladder, anus and rectum.

The catarrh in the bladder is associated with dysuria (difficulty in passing urine) and the urine smells of violets.

The testicles are sensitive and swollen.

The remedy is also useful in hives, fever and constipation.

CONIUM MACULATUM.

This remedy is derived from the plant the Poison Hemlock, from the natural order of Umbelliferae.

It is said to be a constitutional remedy for widows and widowers, who have a suppressions of their sexual desires and this also suits hysterical persons. It is useful for all the troubles at the change of life in old maids and bachelors.

It is a remedy that is useful in ascending paralysis ending in the death of the person due to failure of the respiration.

This remedy is also said to be useful in persons who have a tendency to develop cancer, indurations, stony hard glands and fibroids in the uterus.

It is a useful remedy when there is difficulty in gain with trembling and sudden loss of strength while walking.

It is a useful remedy in persons who have hypochondria with a weak memory.

The mental state of those requiring this remedy is that they are depressed, timid with no inclination for business and their memory is very weak.

It is useful for vertigo while lying down and turning over in bed or while turning the head sideways and the vertigo is worse while shaking the head.

It is a useful remedy when the headache is stupefying with nausea and vomiting.

It is useful in Phlyctenular conjunctivitis with keratitis, when there is photophobia and excessive lacrymation.

It is useful in acrid eructation, with nausea and acrid heartburn, which is ameliorated with acidity.

The remedy is useful when there is frequent urging with tremulous weakness after passing stools.

This remedy is useful when there is difficulty in voiding urine and when there is dribbling in old men. It is a very useful remedy in Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy in elderly male subjects.

It is good remedy to shrink enlarged and indurated glands.

It is useful whenever there is sharp pain in the left arm and tearing in the limbs in warm weather.

This remedy is derived from the un-roasted coffee bean.

This remedy stimulates the functional activity of all organs, increasing the nervous and vascular activity.

It is a useful remedy to combat the bad effects of sudden emotions, surprises and joys.

It is a short and superficial remedy useful in tall, lean stooping persons who are dark complexioned, over-sensitive with an acute sense of touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste.

It is useful when the person has an unusual activity of the body and the mind. The mind of these patients is gay and easily excited. The person is full of ideas and quick to act. There is tossing about in anguish.

It is useful when there is a violent, irregular palpitation after excessive joy or surprise.

It is a useful remedy in restlessness and nervous irritation.

This remedy suits persons with great nervous agitation and restlessness with intolerance to pain.

This remedy is said to suit persons who weep with delight, and have alternating bouts of laughing and crying.

It is a useful remedy when subjects are prone to headaches from over-exertion, thinking or talking. The headaches are one-sided and it feels as if a nail were being driven into the brain, as if the brain were being torn apart or as if the brain was being dashed about. The headache is worse in open air.

It is useful when the uric acid levels are increased causing an irritation of the kidneys.

This remedy is very valuable whenever there is a toothache, temporarily relieved by holding ice water in the mouth, but the toothache returns when the water becomes warm.

It is a useful remedy in dysmenorrhoea with a hypersensitive vagina and vulva.

It is useful when the sleep is disturbed. The patient sleeps till 3 am and then is disturbed by dreams and is sleepless due to an overactive mind.

This remedy is also said to be useful in ailments, worse from the use of narcotic medicines.

This remedy is suited to persons who are worse after excessive emotions, narcotics and strong odors.

It is suited to persons who feel better in the warmth, after lying down or after holding ice in the mouth.
